These terms cover using packopsy.com, entering a Packopsy giveaway on YouTube live chat or elsewhere on the channel, and claiming a prize if you win. By using this site or entering a giveaway, you're agreeing to them. If something here does not work for you, the straightforward option is not to enter.
Packopsy is a hobby channel, not a company with a legal department, so these terms are written to be genuinely readable rather than dense. That does not make them any less real.
No purchase is ever necessary to enter or win a Packopsy giveaway. A purchase never improves your odds. Anyone watching the stream and typing in chat has the exact same shot as anyone spending money in the shop.
Giveaways happen live. When one opens, you enter by typing in YouTube chat during the announced window. One entry per YouTube channel per drawing. Typing more than once does not improve your odds and duplicate entries are ignored.
A winner is drawn automatically once the entry window closes, and revealed live on stream by YouTube display name. If you win, you'll get a personal, one-time claim link to confirm your win and submit a shipping address. That link is meant for you and only works once.
If a winner does not use their claim link within a reasonable window, or their submission cannot be verified as the actual winning YouTube channel, Packopsy may redraw, offer the prize to a runner-up, or hold the drawing open, entirely at our discretion.
Prizes are exactly what's announced when the giveaway opens, generally Pokemon cards or related items pulled live on stream. Prizes are not redeemable for cash, and Packopsy may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original item becomes unavailable.
Prizes ship free within the terms above. Shipping normally happens within a few weeks of a completed claim, though pack-opening streams can get busy and it may take longer.
Don't use bots, scripts, or multiple accounts to enter more than once. Don't try to break, scrape, or interfere with the site or the claim process. We can remove anyone from a giveaway, or the channel's chat entirely, for genuine abuse of either.
Your use of YouTube itself, including live chat, is separately governed by YouTube's own Terms of Service. We don't control that platform and these terms don't override it.
The Packopsy name, logo, and the content on this site belong to Packopsy. Pokemon and all related card names, sets, and imagery belong to their respective owners. Nothing here is affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by The Pokemon Company, Nintendo, or Game Freak.
This site and any prizes are provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. Packopsy's responsibility for anything related to a giveaway is limited to the value of the prize itself. We're not liable for shipping delays, lost or damaged mail once it's handed to USPS, or issues outside our reasonable control.
Packopsy operates out of Ohio, United States, and these terms are governed by United States and Ohio law.
We may update these terms as the giveaway process evolves, for example once YouTube channel verification goes live. We'll update the date at the top when we do. Continuing to enter giveaways after a change means you accept the updated terms.
