Privacy Policy

The only time we ask for personal information is when you sign in at our claim page to check on or claim a giveaway win. That breaks down into two things:

1. 01 Google account info and YouTube channel ID, via Sign in with Google. The claim page is one public page, and you sign in with Google to see your own win history. That one sign-in requests the basic openid, email and profile scopes to identify who you are, together with the youtube.readonly scope, which we use to confirm the YouTube channel ID on your signed-in account matches the channel that actually won the drawing. Nothing about your inbox, contacts, files, videos, or anything else in your Google or YouTube account.
2. 02 Shipping address and a name for the label. Once you're signed in and we've confirmed you're the winning channel, the claim page asks for a mailing address so we know where to send your prize, plus a name to print on the shipping label — an alias or your channel handle is completely fine here, it doesn't need to be your legal name. That's the only reason we ask for either, and both are only ever tied to a win you're confirmed to have.

We don't ask for a phone number, and we don't collect payment information or anything beyond what's listed here.

Everything we collect exists for one reason: identifying you as an actual giveaway winner and getting your prize into the mail. We don't use your information for marketing, we don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell it to anyone. Full stop.

Your YouTube channel ID is used only to confirm the account signing in is the same one that won a given giveaway — nothing is claimable without that match. Your Google email is used only to match your claim to your giveaway win and to prevent someone from submitting the same prize twice under different names. Your mailing address is used only to print a shipping label and get your package out the door.

We don't share your information with third parties beyond what's strictly needed to ship a physical package, and right now that need is close to zero. Prizes are currently packed and mailed directly by the channel owner through USPS with a purchased stamp, not through a third-party shipping platform, carrier API, or fulfillment service. Your address stays in our claim records and never gets handed off to an outside shipping company.

If that ever changes, for example if we move to a shipping-label or fulfillment service down the road, we'll update this page before it happens.

Want your claim information deleted? Email us at packopsy@gmail.com and we'll remove it, as long as the prize hasn't already been packed and handed off to USPS.

You can also revoke Packopsy's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page. Doing so won't affect a prize that's already shipped.

Packopsy's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google's own handling of your data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

If you sign in with Google to claim a prize, you can revoke Packopsy's access at any time from your Google Account permissions page. Revoking access doesn't automatically erase data already on file — if you'd like your YouTube-linked data (your channel ID, name, and email) removed as well, email us at packopsy@gmail.com and we'll delete it promptly, unless we're legally required to keep it longer.

Packopsy is a family-friendly channel, but giveaway entry and claiming a prize both come with an age rule: you need to be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to enter a giveaway or have a prize shipped to you — see Eligibility in our Terms of Service for the full rules. If you're under 18, please check with a parent or guardian before signing in or submitting any personal information on the claim page.

Separately, we don't knowingly collect personal information, including shipping addresses, from anyone under 13. If a parent or guardian believes a child under 13 submitted information to us, email packopsy@gmail.com and we'll delete it.
